Can someone tell me how to cut out someone in one picture and put them in another. In photoshop? I so far got it cut out but can't get it back behind someone that I need it to be. I would appreciate any help thanks. :?

Gail,
If you copy from one document and then paste into another, PS will create an extra layer for the pasted bit. You can then change order of these layers as you wish.
If you need to move the background layer, you should rename it, otherwise PS doesn't let you move it, IIRC.

One way, and simply done...
You have a scene:

And you have a person to add into the scene, and that person is all cut out, but on a white background:
http://www.itsanadventure.com/postimages/gail-cutout.gif
You want to put Mr. Green into the scene *behind* all the other Mister Colors in the Scene.
Go to Mr Green's image and select Select... All (or Control-A). Now Edit... Copy.
Click on the Scene Image and Edit... Paste. This will paste into a new layer, and your Layers palette will look like:
http://www.itsanadventure.com/postimages/gail-layers1.gif
Choose the Magic Wand Tool or press W. Click on some of the white area, and click to select all the white. Now press the Delete key to delete the white, and you have:

But you want Mr Green behind the other misters, not in front. So Select... Inverse and now only Mr Green is selected and you'll have the "marching ants" around Mr Green.
Go back to the layers palette and uncheck the eye on Mr Green's layer:
http://www.itsanadventure.com/postimages/gail-layers2.gif
Still in the layers palette click on "Layer 1" - it will change to blue and it will be the active layer. Mr Green is now hidden in your image, but the marching ants that selected him aren't gone:

Now what we want to do it "unselect" the other misters so that Mr Green will be behind them. Choose the Lasso Tool (L) and zoom in (Control+) so that the marching ants are completely visible.
With the Lasso selected, hold the Alt key down and you'll see that the cursor turns into a "-" sign, indicating that we're going to subtract from the selection. Now everything that you select will be "unselected" from the current selection.
Outline the other misters with the Lasso, and you'll be left with this:

Click back on Layer 2 (Mr Green) and check his Eye icon so that the layer is visible.
Choose Select... Invert and you have:

Note the marching ants around the outside and the inside selection. So you've got everything selected *except* for that little inner section.
Hit Delete.
And the Select... None (or Control-D):

Now click on Layer... Flatten image if you're completely done. But best to save this as a PSD image in case you want to work on it later, and do a Save For Web to save as a different file.
