thanks in advance to all who answer....im shooting the police olympics in albany ny today and tommorrow and it is raining up and down the eastcoast of the US...
any suggestions on how to best handle the conditions with my camera and what is the highest iso i can use without entirely too much grain(i have not had enough time to test it out in all conditions)

What lens are you using on your 1D? and where is it being held?

im using the 70 200 2.8 L IS and a sigma 24-70 2.8
im back now and my results actually worked out pretty good...i used ziplocks and garbage bags when it was heavy(the rain) and nothing in the lite drizzle...the 1D proved to actually be as resistant as it claimed...
