anyone know where i can find such a deal? The lowest price I've found is around $300 from ebay (shipped)

I think the prices of these have gone up considerably in the last year. They used to list with Buy It Now prices around $200+shipping. I haven't seen any new ones for less than $290 recently.

Used market seems to be $250-$275 including shipping.

BTW I just got one of these last week. It's a lot of fun but it seems like it's going to be a bit of a pain to carry around.

With no lens hood, filters not possible and a lens cap that doesn't stay on, it's a bit scary to carry the camera around with the lens mounted. That front element is really exposed!

Anyone have any tips on protecting the lens when in use?
