I am doing some product shots and have already made most on a white background. It is simple for me to use Photoshop to put in any background I choose. However I would like to place my images on a shinny surface with a little reflection

Any advice on how to get this look using PS CS2?

Yes I know I can re shoot them on a shinny surface, but if it can be done in Photoshop then I would have more control over the reflection...

Here is an example of what I am looking for...

Duplicate the image you want to reflect, flip it over, put a mask on it and then a gradiant on the mask to fade the bottem out. All done.

Oh and dont forget to change the opacity of the layer to make it faded, you can also freetransform - distort if you want to change the perspective.
