I just had a customer e-mail me asking where her prints were. I never received her order and she said she was pretty sure that she completed her order. Has anyone ever had a client be charged by exposuremanager but never got the order to fulfill? I suspect this lady just didn't go through the entire process but I thought I'd ask.
