WFT E1 Question

Hi guys, trying to get the WFT E1 to work with my 30d, and it was working fine, but now it seems to be sending blank files to my mac with just a black screen? the images come up fine on the camera body but not on the mac?

any ideas?

Are the file sizes the same from the camera to the mac, or are the mac files zero bytes? If you manually place the files from the camera in the same location on the computer where they are being transferred by the WFT do they still come up blank? Are you shooting jpeg or raw? If raw, try it with jpeg. If they come up, then your app is not recognizing the raw files. If they still don't come up, take an image that is already viewable on the computer from another directory and move it to the same directory where the wft transfers files. Does it come up blank?
