Raw Converter

I really have a problem. I love the C1 program for converting from raw with my 300. The main reason is for the sharpening feature. I think it is great. My problem is this. I bought a 1ds and the same software for it from C1 is $500 freakin dollars!

Is there another converter that you guys use that works large batches of pics well that is comparable but not $500 dollars?

If you expect sympathy 'cos you bought a 1Ds, don't hold your breath. :) You could could upgrade to C1SE - it doesn't have all the bells and whisltes of Pro, but the camera support is the same, I think.

500 freakin' dollars for the software, how much freakin' dollars u spent on the 1Ds???? :?
