Looks to me like the WB is off, to me its looking almost yellowish/green.
I'd lighten it up and add some more contrast to give it a punch.
Just my 2 cents.
ETA: Otherwise its a nice portrait.

i agree, beautiful portrait, just needs to be brightened up a bit & add some reds. =)
