That's a great shot, Allen.....you really made a nice capture.....love the color, and composition. I too, got some nice shots of a Green Heron last week. I've been chasin' them for over a year now without any realy success.....finally I got lucky.

i love the lighting and composition of the shot the most. great use of DOF as he just pops right out of the background... very impressive shot mate.
