One of the finishers of the Lumberjack 100, a 100 mile mountain bike race in the Manistee National Forest, Michigan. Was using my 70-200 F/4L and new 580EX II

Thanks All
The Winner was the Pro endurance race leader he finished about 6 hours 40 minutes, the womens winner was 8 hour 45. Most "regular" riders are around 9 1/2 or 10 hours.
Its starts a 7am, so while a 2.8 l would be better than my f/4 I just played with the iso speed when needed.
This was the first, other than practice shoots I used a strobe for fill, shooting almost the entire event with the 580. I've become a total convert to using it now.
