With blue eyes like those? No question, it's color hands down. Besides, the B&W version gives the impression of an unnatural tan. The pale skin and blonde hair are set off nicely by her eye color.

Colour, shame to loose that eye colour. What I dont like is that the crop clips just a small element of her forehead, just looks a bit awkward. Either crop a bit tighter or a bit looser.

I like a cleavage shot as much as the next guy, but this model's attraction is the color of her eyes, hair and skin.
A better crop of the existing photo is to crop so the right strap doesn't show and take out even out the right shoulder. Hope you don't mind, but something like this:

Her white hair in the b+w photo makes her look like a witch--a very pretty one.

Beautiful picture of a beautiful woman! I like the very soft (pastel) colors and blue eyes.
I would keep it like it is.
B/W is special because of her white hair but I prefer the colored.
A crop of the face alone is also very nice but why would a man crop this picture since not only the blue eyes are very attractive.

Well, what about a compromise?
I would have left the color in her pink top as well, to somewhat balance it out... like this:

Color all the way.
Second, Is it me or is the compression bad? when I view it on my monitor I see lines in the image or something is off.

The bad: From one blonde to another (and I have also done some modeling), her hair is very scraggly and doesn't look healthy. Also, I don't particularly like her expression; it makes her face look too round - not sure if she was trying to look "sexy" there, but it didn't work for me (although I am not gay!).
The good: She has gorgeous blue eyes and the color picture really brings those out. She is a very pretty girl overall and you did capture some of her beauty. I would like to see some different shots of her.

Thanks all for your comments. I do indeed like the color better myself. It was neet how the B&W is so diferent and gave off a whole diferent lool and feel.
Jewel,
Her hair is fine the site over sharpened the orginal and gives off that stiff look. The look, I love the look, I'm not sure what she is saying with those eyes but for me that adds to the inrigue. Sorry no soup for you. ;)
Azzkicker,
Yes compression is bad but that has to do with the website the orginal is fine.
Arumdevil,
Careful buddy this young lady is a bit to young for you I promise.
Cgratti,
Not bad but I have a thing with color on B&W.
gsmx2,
I love the crop! But I'm with LightHunter.
