Perhaps... colour balance looks a bit off... too much red?

Hard to tell with lilies - many of them are already saturated, and they vary so much in colour. On colour balance, the leaves seem about the right colour (I live in a condo, and one of the residents just planted some lilies which I'm going to shoot).

OTOH, in Lightroom, I could change the balance of the flower and not affect the greenery, so perhaps a direct comparison with the original would be required to really know for sure.
