Does anyone know if the Photoshop plug-in "home" version of NeatImage will let you apply noise reduction to just selected areas of a photo?
I'd like to be able to easily select a person, for example (with the magic wand), reverse the selection, and just reduce noise on everything else. I know this can be done by other methods (i.e., apply the filter over the whole photo, then use the history brush, or via layers), but this seems like it might be an easier method.
