? re: first "real" photography job..

I have taken various pictures for friends and family and have had a few friends pay my a nominal fee.
I was contacted this week to do my first "real" job. It is a horse show / competition. I tried doing a search here to find a contract / legal documents. I was overwhelmed with knowing which ones I need. Can any of you please help me?
I am charging a set fee for my time.

From looking at the serivce agreement available, do you think I could go to a local Office Max or office supply store and get one from there?
