Need a name of an reflector item

I am looking to buy something and I can't find it anywhere. Might because I don't know what they are called.

It's a rectangle reflector that is attached to a light stand on a swivel type thing. The ones I have seen are usually 4 to 5 feet tall and a couple feet wide with 4 skinny bars holding it in shape.

Its almost like a soft box without the black backside but it's a reflector not a defuser.

any ideas?
