I was wondering what people thought of my new logo? I am currently designing my new website, along with everything else including my logo and wanted to see what everyone thought?

it depends on the 'look' you are going after. do you want to be fresh and contemporary?
or the standard industry 'safe' type look?
it also helps to see the site it will be attached to so we can compare and see if it looks right.

My site isn't ready to be viewed yet. What do you consider the industry standard look? My logo? Just wondering. If so, then yes I want to be a little conservative but do you think the logo is too crowded?

yes its a little crowded. i'm not liking the font for the 'e' and the 'f' - to be honest, i think its a little too feminine. when i say 'industry standard' i mean its very basic and does not pop out at me. in other words, it is not 'memorable'.

I like the symbol but not the font.

I like it.... looks classy but the fonts are busy... also cannot comment on the color until I see the background of the site.
Peace.

Do you think I should change the font of "erik franks photography" or the background font? I agree it looks a little busy but don't have a way to get around that. Something less strait edge? The background of my site will be a dark red, with a white area where my logo will be. The colors will look good, I just don't have a clue how to fix the font to make it look less busy.
I never realized how long it takes to design a simple logo. So much thinking and not enough doing!

I like it... I would just make the background circle and EF a little lighter.. But I like it!
