If you mean User manual then yes they are here though these are for the Super, I would have thought you could use it for the St as well:

Yeah the manual for the Super might be of some use. There really isn't much you can adjust on the ST. I don't even know if you can manually set the zoom.

Basically it's a matter of putting it in E-TTL mode, pointing it where you want, and using the camera to adjust FEC. If you have specific questions, ask them here. A picture of the back of the unit will probably help. I'm not real familiar with that unit myself.
