A mannequin on a chain... maybe it's also in what we call a chain store? I guess they found a way to get peoples attention, didn't they! ... but very elevated Good one! :D

would be interesting to know what the store's point of view was at the time of dressing the window like it (besides trying to catch buyers)..... its not very nice
