Well, I haven't given up on them! I like wringing something new out of something old! It's too easy to just take the 'best' shot of something & then move on to the next spectacular subject without pushing yourself to find a new & interesting viewpoint in something we see everyday, don't you think? And, when I do that, I like to show the progression of shots that led me to the one(s) I finally ended up with. Sort of an illustrated thought process of what I was seeing at the time. Plus it gives me more material to use in a class.

It's just that there's so much competition from other species now. I'm looking forward to a "Lions MVP", "The Best of the Worst", & maybe "Nasty Plants I Have Known"...

I agree, that's why I go back and re-shoot things - you can always find some new angle or viewpoint, etc.
