I am not sure if it's the same but here's what I did a couple days ago... open photoshop.. go to window.. then updates.. then there is a raw 3.7 update that will update along with any other updates. It will make you reboot the PC and then you can open your RAW files in photoshop. You might already be able to though. In which case, download the RAW files to your pc just as you would your JPG's, open photoshop, try to open the file from the file.. open menu and if that does not work.. you know you need to get the update! Let me know if it works. Hope this helps.

The software that came with your camera (i.e. EOS Capture and DPP) should enable you to upload the RAW images and process them.

Drag and drop what? lol
Select 'n' drag RAW files/folders with your mouse and drop them on your computer...
Am I missing something here? At first I thought you can't be talking about copying RAW files from cards to computer in paragraph after paragraph.
This is what you are talking about right?

I think I'd better also include one warning here. Don't make the mistake I did once. When you plug in the card thru a USB port on a Windows OS, there is this automatic thing that pops up and asks you if you want to copy files to your computer; the choice Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard does transfer JPEG but not RAW's. So if you have shot in these two different formats, only your JPEGS will be copied to your computer and you may go ahead and foolishly format the card thinking that everything is on your computer now. :(
