Good picture! I would take out the powerlines though.

Agree. Powerlines should be cloned out.
Maybe I would also crop it to keep the focus on the "watermill" (is that the right word?)

I would take out the powerlines, and the sun below the clouds make me think its rising not setting, seems to give me the impression that the sun is rising into the clouds above it. But beautiful shot...

Thanks for all your comments and suggestions. Here is an earlier pic with the sun above the clouds and the powerlines cloned out (except for the line that powers the well that is there now). I had this picture along with a few others printed out as 8 X 10s and they turned out real well the original pic in adobe RGB is a bit darker and more colorful. let me know if you think that this one is better.
