Very cool. How do you do this? Could it be done in PS Elements v5? Or just CS(2 or 3)?

No, the pictures were not shot in any particular manner. In my limited experience with this stuff so far, it seems you want an image without a short DOF and one who's subject is not very large in the picture. I learned this from a tutorial I found on here.
