Can anyone recommend a good book to do with learning how to use a Flash, Flash techniques, understanding off camera flash and that sort of stuff.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated

A book I would highly recomend, although not specific to flash, is Fil Hunter, Steven Biver, and Paul Fuqua. 2007. Light Science and Magic: An Introduction to Photographic Lighting. Focal Press.

Great book about the basis for photography.
