Do the pro out use full manual all the time or some type of auto mode because seems to me when shooting with a out side light or even inside when trying to capture the moment I dont have time to adjust man settings is it a thing that you learn in a split second to judge setting or everybody uses some type of auto setting sorry if a amature ? but just learning wedding photos are tuff

If you can judge distance, then you do!
For example, if you're using a manual flash & you know the exposure for 11 feet, then you stop down one stop at 8'. Open up one stop for 16'. 2 stops @ 22'.
Have you seen those numbers somewhere before? It's the same as the numbers for f-stops, & on my cam, 3 clicks = 1 stop. You don't even have to look at the cam when you set it!
