How did you pay for it? If by PayPal you can always file a complaint with them.

PM 3 times. The first time was responded nicely, only he told me that the stuff was gonna be sent like 2 days later than his initial promise and he will send me the tracking number. I told him that was ok. Then I waited for 3 days (3 days a go) and sent the second PM asking for the tracking number. The third PM sent about 5 hours ago. Still no response. I'm hoping he just has not had a chance to look at the PMs, but my stuff is on its way. I need it for my 4th of July camping trip....

seriously though, if you can you should try and cancel your payment.
