After processing this shot, I had achieved what I was initially going for (a dark, scary and aggressive theme), but I think it turned out too dark. What do you guys think?

And of course, the white balance is intentionally thrown way off.

Good idea.

How about preferencing a different color other than blue? Green perhaps? Envy?

(looks a bit off center btw)

I wonder how it would look in Sepia (or B&W)

Thanks! Green would be a bit weird? lol

I like it, but prefer a crop like this - I've also dodged some detail into the wing mirrors, and the wheel arch on the right. Hope you like

Nice idea, but the shots don't really float my boat... I think it's because the headlights are too bright and are causing a distraction (in my opinion at any rate).

If these are long exposures, why not get someone to sit in the far and just fire the headlight flashers. A bit of experimentation will get the right effect (and give you more leeway with the expsosure as a whole as well).

I agree with Pete.
I also think a bit more detail in the car will really help.
I would go with red if you want aggression.

Thanks for your comments! The shot was taken at only 1/3 second shutter (quite a fast shutter) as I wanted to underexpose it. The headlight flashers would wash the only image out. ;)

Hmm.. Point taken.

I guess you could leave the lights on overnight. By the next night, they'll be dim enough to give you correct exposure!! :D
