Not quite 10 years ago a block the size of an asteroid broke off the mountains above Egli, a small village in Switzerland. Fortunately, it rumbled to a halt on the slope before reaching town. Now it is a popular rock climbing spot.
The little girl who is the subject of these two photographs was toproping on a fragment of the main block (you can see part of the parent block, which is much larger, in the background of the second photograph).
