Keeping old news

Right now I'm only displaying the 3 latest news items. As soon as I add more, the old stuff disappears.

Is there a way to create a link on the main page that points to old news, in a chronological order?

This way people visiting the site can always go back to older images I published without having to dig through a perticular gallery to find something?

Possible?

Is there a way to display all public news elswhere than in the column on the main page, somehow?

Something in the form of www.mywebsite.com/gallery/news?=all or something like that?
