I passed these Victorian doorways today, brightly lit up in a rare splash of sunshine ( It's Wimbledon fortnight, so only the ducks are happy!)
I really liked the colours against the stark white walls.
This is also one of the first times I wished I had a TS-E lens - the camera was straight but the straight lines tilt - I know there is a fix for this in photoshop elements, but I'm not that handy and although I like this shot, it's not one I'd go to great lengths to work on either!

I'm personally not keen on the shot (I'd have cropped it so just the red and yellow doors are in view) but that's a personal thing. I do however like the concept and the colours are great in it.

I take your point - but wanted more context/ less absrtract view. For me it was more about the colours, but I do like a bit of context!

That's cool. I think that's the healthy thing about photography when you're doing it for yourself and not clients, and why I usually add "personally" to my comments. On many occasions you're taking for yourself, to test your own abilities, and taking images for your own view.

Another title could be "Green (door) with Envy"... the green door doesn't "pop" like the other 2. Nice shot. I like playing with shots like this myself:)

Needs to be straightened.

If the shot was straightened and perhaps head-on it would be great. Fix the vertical and repost and lets see what its like.

I like the possibilities of this shot, with the doors' vivid colors set against the light wall. I'd like to see the photo taken head on though. Thanks for sharing!
