Maybe you can help me out.
Budget under $350 (if possible)
wants
very small
ISO 1600
DIGIC III
different white balance settings
AV mode would be good
Image stabilization!
good video with audio
I was looking at the SD800 and SD850. Any better options?
I am mostly looking for the best quality picture.

This is not a bad option.
But it is used.

When it comes to small P&S and now they don't run on just xd, I love Fuji's. THe new Fd40 is a nice camera. I can't wait to pic one up. I love their F20 and F30 models, I just didn't want to spend money on an xd when I had plenty of SD. You can get them for $250. Right now they're like $220 on Dell. It may only be fore account members, idk. They have random deals and they're good, when they have them. Other than that, normally overpriced so stick with Adorama or B&H.

i agree with _aravena. If you really want iso1600 capability from a compact and use it seriously then Fuji is the only choice as no other manufacturer's sensor competes for low light applications.

I like the fact that I could have ISO 3200 like my 20D. But no IS. :(
I am seriously looking at the F20 and F30.
