EE installation on a Windows 2000 Server with IIS

I'd like to try to get EE working on my W2K server running IIS. I
downloaded the latest install files for EE1.5, PHP, Imagemagick, and
MySQL. Is there a particular sequence that I need to follow for installing
those packages? I would assume EE last.

Are there any gotchas that I need to know about?

Any help appreciated.
