Memphis 07 Fireworks

Here are two shots from my collection I took last saturday. (Both were under 100K, so posted them =) ). Shot them with my trusty *grins* kit lens.. (oohhh how I long for the day I replace it hehehe)

These shots just go to prove there is nothing wrong with the kit lens. I'm going to the Stampede tomorrow and my only regret is that I won't be able to take a tripod with me. And I'll have front row seats to the fireworks........ Oh well, 10 more days and other ways to do this.
