View Full Version : I can't log on!!

I have been unable to log on to the forum!! Yesterday I went into my profile to change my email address, so I'm guessing I screwed something up. Now it just tells me my username or password are incorrect. I checked, and it seems my profile is still there. Some help from Pekka or CDS would be appreciated.

When I tried to figure out if I inadvertently mistyped a new password and requested a new one, it says my account is inactive and to contact the administrators! Any help would be appreciated.

Chuck,

You should have received a confirmation email to email address you have in your profile. In that mail is a link which you must open, that activates your account for the new pass.

I have activated your account now manually, try log in with latest pass you have. After you have logged in change you email to correct one in your profile.

Thanks Pekka for reactivating the account. I went back through all my outlook folders, but found no confirmation email from the forum. Probably because there was some delay in the new email address being activated by the provider.

Well now I'm up and running again... good thing too as I was starting to go into withdrawals! :shock: :shock: :shock:
