Here's what I do:

Works really well and would easily carry all that gear and have room for an extra layer, laptop etc...

I recently got the Airport Acceleration (http://www.thinktankphoto.com/ttp_product_ArprtAccel.php), which is made by Think Tank. It would hold everything you have and more (including a laptop). I love it!

I have a large Lowepro backpack that I take when I do beach stuff cuz my rolling airplane case isn't going anywhere near sand. I like it better than my Tamrac backback which is smaller and shaped more triangular, and it holds a lot of stuff. Kind of crazy to have three bags, but they all serve a different purpose. Any bag that is big enough to carry all my gear, I wouldn't want. You just CAN'T bring it all with you. But the Lowepro backpack is about as big as I can comfortably carry and it holds lots. s.

Until very recently I've been lugging around a Crumpler Brians Hot Tub - with almost identical contents (although add in an extra 1d body) - there is still room for other bits and bobs in there plus a laptop.

I highly recommend it (I might actually be selling mine since I have moved over to a pelicase recently - just working out whether I still need it)
