Okay..........I tried to take it as close as I can :D

What exactly is your subject in the picture ? The bridge ? If so, I'd like to see more of it (just my amateur opinion)

I tried doing a different perspective...............

I guess its not working out.

Have you tried taking the picture from an angle rather than from the side of the bridge, give it a little depth of field, make it look 3d, and still keep your perspective (only include a portion of the bridge)
Also, maybe wait for the sun to go really low, to light up the bridge underneeth a little....
