I have cropped and resized this one

The only problem I have now is reducing the file size - any ideas

What sort of software did you use to resize the image?
(It might be able to reduce the file size as well)

Currently using PSP can not afford photoshop :(

I don't use PSP so I cant help you out there, perhaps someone else will know.

But anyway, it is still a major improvement. The image loaded very quickly! 8)

Hey shortie,

I just tried resizing an image in PSP and the file size changed automatically. The fact that the file now loads quicker suggests that the same may have happend with yours. Are you sure the file size hasn't changed?
