I just got a Crumpler Keystone from a fellow POTN'er and I love it :D. Except I don't know how to best attach my tripod to it. There's the strap in front, but it doesn't seem very stable just sticking it through that loop. How do you guys do it? I'm sure it's not as complicated as I'm making it out to be. Pictures would be appreciated. I have the Dynatran CF-881 with a 488rc2 head on it. Comes out to about 24 inches if that makes any difference in carrying position. Right now I stick two of the legs and the center column into the strap with one leg outside the strap. I also have the hip belt reversed to the front of the bag to hold it more securely. The legs of the tripod extend past the bottom of the bag a bit which makes it a little inconvenient when I have to put it down. Thanks in advance for any help.
