on the first one the sky is well exposed but im not so sure about the swimmer.

Is that a tattoo on the kid in the second shots head?!?!?!?! :P

The perspective, exposer and focus on the first one looks odd to me but good on the second. Just a thought: It's great to be creative with perspective but if it doesn't work pitch it.
