Took some shots of a friend's Evo VI yesterday

It was the worst day for shooting the car as the sun was really bright. Not to mention that the car has black and orange paint so it was hard to expose for the black detail without blowing out everything else.

I like the second and last - the last most especially. The graffiti in the second one seems to match the "feel" of the car's paintwork pretty well.

Nice car, they seemed to have turned out very well! But why flash in the last shot? kind of ruins it a little as teh number plate is very over exposed due to reflection.

Think 2 is my fav:)

I had to use flash because the sun was so bright that the front of the car was completely dark without it.


If I'd had the opportunity, I would have removed the number plate

Damn...that Evo looks so aggressive.

I love it...your pics have a 3-D appearance to them. What lighting did you use?

LOL. I love your shots of it, but that car was camped down the road from me on Karting Nord at Le Mans this year along with the other Pistonheads cohorts, and rapidly became the laughing stock of the campsite because of it's decor. No offence to the dude as he's obviously put a bit of time and dosh into it, but it did look hugely tacky next to everything else camped up. Highly ironic that you've ended up shooting it so soon after I saw it.
