I love these, but my favorite, believe or not, is the last one where you caught them at that angle. This is hard to catch because they move so fast at that point. I really like that one. ;)

Great shots... I like them. The only thing I am going to suggest to you is when you actually get on the field is, when taking pictures of the batters, go vertical! I noticed you did that on the first batter. Don't zoom in realy close or you will not get the whole bat in. You can crop all the excess out. It is a suggestion that someone gave me awhile back and I am passing it on to you :) I know you probally know that, but just saying it again. Most the pictures I have taken lately have been vertical..I think that is why my arms hurt lol.

What is up with the port-a-poty's right next to the field?? That is just plain wrong lol..

I was actually sitting on the ground about 12 feet from the batter's box with my 70-210 at 70mm just to keep them in the frame. I would have been in the way of some spectators if I had moved farther down. I also tried to crop all these to standard 2:3 ratio so the parents can order prints if they so desire. I shot over 150 frames at this 4.5 inning game, and I do have a battery grip on my rebel, so I do a ton of vertical shooting.

Most the pictures I have taken lately have been vertical..I think that is why my arms hurt lol.
