Took drive to a nearby town called Cowan which is an old town developed back in the 1800's to build a rail line for transportation of goods from the south. This town is still active and is used for Pushers. They have in a rail yd nearby with some engines there to help push loaded trains over the Mountain nearby. These are a couple retired ones on display.

The first engine seems to be in bad need of some paint and a lot of TLC. It is always a pity to see a museum let things go so so far down hill.

From speaking to the folks thats running the small museum they are in the process of aquiring some grants to refurbish both engines and try and get a rail line put in to go up to the mountain to see the 2200 ft tunnel built in the 1800's The rail road gave them the old train building but they had to move it away from the track. I for one hope to see them get both engines back in working order the lime color engine is steam and the rusted one is diesel powered.
