View Full Version : 24 Hours of Lemons (yes lemons)

This was an extremely entertaining event to watch and cover over the last two days. I there was working with autoblog.com doing a LIVEBLOG of the entire event minute by minute. The cars had to be worth less than $500, so there was everything from Pinto's (yes more than one) to a Jeep Cherokee. The race was divided into two sessions adding up to about 15 hours. I plan on competing later on in the year with a team using a gen 2 RX-7.

Funny event. Looks like it would be a lot of fun to do (as a driver and a photographer). Like the second set the most. Love the shag carpeting. :lol:

'06+ wrx wheels on #32... interesting choice for such a race haha.
I can't wait to go to one here in the midwest... a friend of mine will be racing a crown vic. woohoo!

definitely an interesting group of cars. I love the exhaust out the hatch of the suby

By the way, did the car in picture 7 get a discount with no rear tire? ;)
