thanks dan :), i've had a comment that although the pic has had an aged treatment the actual photograph looks too new, i'm going to go back and re-do the treatment..

processed RAW as i would any other colour image, then applied B+W in CS3 tweeked the channels

i've a shed load (150MB worth) of custom brushes some are cup stains, others are just interesting textures then i got busy with my wacom tablet ;)
