View Full Version : First Supermoto Event - Whatta Think?

I covered a Super Moto race this weekend in Michigan for the first time. These bikes are flying around the track and my first dozen shots were all just wasted trying to set up the right settings.

After a full day of shooting, and 3 full 2 gig cards, I'm hooked. What ways could I improve?

I was squatting on the ground incase one of them came through the small barrier that was supposed to keep them on the track.

Great job, especially for a first attempt. The 3rd shot is my favorite. All of the shots show nice speed and movement. In the second shot I think it would have been much stronger without the back wheel of the bike that is not in the frame. All in all great work.

I'm shooting supermoto today about 1km from my house. It's a great sport to shoot since they let you get quite close.
