A Better way

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. The picture below was taking while a friend of mine drive his bike in a circle at 5 mph in front of a strobe sit at full power. I was trying to capture him in full focus and have the bike in motion. What can I do to better capture this?

Try increasing the speed of your exposure. This was shot at 1/15 which might be a liitle slow for what you want.
