Which one do i need? Canon Australias website doesnt even list the 400D as existing yet so i am having trouble finding out. Also can a tripod be used when using the battery grip??
I also need some form of difuser for my 550EX II speedlight, Any sugestions?? Something cheap as my 10cents worth of "Grease Proof Paper and Elastic Bands" Diffuser is working great, Just looks really cheap (Which it is  )
I am also after some relatively cheap CF cards (Above 4gb each) as with APEC just around the corner i want all the memory space i can get! Either some more CF cards or some kind of mass storage device is what i need, Any reckomendations on that would be great.
Also, one last thing, A "Rain Coat" for my 400D, Nothing too expensive or large but something that does the job, Umbrella is alot to lug around.
Any help would be great.
I think thats all i need....... Untill i need a new bag lol

Canon battery grip...
http://www.amazon.com/Canon-BG-E3-Battery-Digital-Camera/dp/B0007WK8LC/ref=pd_bbs_2/104-2783233-7435162?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1184121556&sr=8-2
You can get off brands as well, but stick with the Canon, I had an Opteka grip and it fell apart after 6 months.
As for a defuser....

I would go with the cards for storage. I have a 8gig Lexar and 2 gig Sandisk that do just fine for me.

Paul's answered most of the stuff for you. But....Yes you can use the grip with a tripod.
And I tend to use smaller CF cards 2gb. Have a lot of them rather than a few bigger ones. I'm always concerned I'll have one crash on me or lose it and then I'm down a massive amount of pics.
"Rain coats" are available on ebay. There are various types. Yeah I did mean waterproof's for your 400D.
Good luck.

On the base in the middle.
ed... I just had a quick look on Amazon uk and tried a Canon lens hood. Some third party sellers will post to Australia some won't. Don't know why that is, its not like they have to drop it off in person.
Personally I think its a disgrace.
Especially as I want to emigrate to Aus.

This is the Canon Australia site:
http://www.canon.com.au/products/cameras/digital_slr/eos400dblackbody.aspx
The tripod socket is on the bottom of the grip, the side that faces away from the camera.
