ticking S330 (loose part?)

Last week I purchased a S330. Great camera.
However, I noticed something ticking (something rolling) in the camera when I shake it a little.
It is best noticable when holding it with the display down and moving it horizontally from the camaras top to bottom.
Is this normal (a kind of move sensor)?
The camera is working with no problem but I'm curious what causes the ticking.

These cameras have been known to take a licking but they keep on ticking!

That's Timex, not Canon.

I don't think anything should sound loose. You should take it to the store and shake another one, for comparison.

No need to worry, seems like all owners of the 330 have this, gathered from other forums. It appears to be the orientation sensor.
