Upgraded from the 20D to the 1DMrkIIN last week, well I still have the 20D and will still use it, the MrkIIN is quite a nice upgrade, especially that prices for used bodies are very attractive as the MrkIII is more or less shipping still.

Took it out at the Grand Prix last weekend here in Toronto, took a bit of time to get used to the interface and the camera itself, but got some decent shots out of it for sure!

good shots...too bad weather was far from perfect on sunday but it sure made some interesting shots...

PS: I have the exact same shot of Paul Tracy. I even looked at it close cause I taught it was my shot...LOL

Did you like your upgrade?

You can see some of my shots here.

The weather sucked for sure, I never got a good photo of the Champ Car Atlantic on the inside of turn one.

As for the 1DMrkIIN, the first day was a bit rough but as time passed on, I got progressively better, a lot better. You got some great shots too. Never dawned upon me doing the portrait orientation with the driver and the nose of the car..... will have to remember that for the ALMS at Mosport.
