I don't see an attachement to your post.

This one (http://www.dpcorner.com/all_about/releases.shtml) and this one (http://www.photowebs.com/models/release.htm)are pretty standard and would probably stand up to a legal challenge in most jurisdictions. I have a variation of these that was edited by my lawyer but he really didn't make much in the way of changes.

There are really alot of options available to you on the net. If you plan on doing alot of shooting that requires a model release I would suggest that you have legal counsel review the one that you will using.

What is the average cost of a lawyer going over a contract?

When I decided to go full time I took everything to a lawyer to make sure that I was covered. It cost me a couple of grand plus. I would think that to review just a single contract that it would be much less.

I have referred contracts that were ready for signature to him for final review and the last time it was only 150.00. It was my standard contract along with a letter of understanding which details things in non-legalese. The standard contract had been changed in many places by the manufacturer that I was doing some work for and wanted peace of mind that it didn't change it to the point where I might have been vulnerable.

Quite honestly I think that for most cases one of the internet model releases will be sufficient unless you are delving into an area where the other party might be using legal counsel.

Yea... a Paris Hilton and a Jane Doe would have different requirements for a contract.
