Hey all,

I have contacted them for prices but not heard anything back. Is it normal for them to take a long time? Its been about 3 weeks almost.

I'm arranging for details from all the album manufacturers I know before going it alone. I have done nearly 20 weddings now, just not done album designs. So not sure if its because of that, that its kicking my ass.

I applied just via contact us form, but not sure if there is a seperate section for photographers.

If you dont want to say how to apply to them on here, please PM me? Thanks.

We applied for details from quite a few album manufacturers when we first started and with graphi I seem to recall we just filled in the enquiry form and got the login details, we then followed that up with a few enquiries by phone and got our sample pack.

Give them a call and explain your situation and I am sure they will support you, maybe the website not being finished has made them hold back from sending details out, thats just a guess though and I am sure if you speak to them you will get login details from them quite easilly.

Yep what Banbert said give them a ring. I didn’t hear anything for a week after submitting my details so I gave them a ring, I was then emailed a password so I could get into the trade area (prices etc) and then my sample book turned up about 3 weeks later

Cheers
Rob

it depends on the time of year you request. This time of year, with all the weddings, they are really backed up and fre studio samples are at the bottom of the list. I can say that when we order, they are fast...we usually have our albums back to us in 3 weeks each and every time we order. We are completely satisfied with them contrary to a lot of other things I have read. Good luck.

I was told I'd get a sample album in February. I got it two weeks ago... almost 5 months.

5 months! holy cow mine took 1 month. I called their customer service and they are quick to respond. I was given a sales rep that I can contact all I want with questions about anything. I must say that the customer service is better then ZookBinders.

Maybe they take a look at our websites and decide who gets priority. they must hate my work. :)

My sample album took 6 months! I was contacted within about 10 days of completing the form though. They have been very helpful to me and I am about to put in my first print and bind order in a few days. Anyone know how long the turnaround is?
